Painting this breed is especially challenging. And we have a few secrets when it comes to that. I first designed this figurine after studying them during a show in Ohio. Usually, I’d sit ringside with my clay and sketch pad. They impressed me as a simple, down to earth breed, that does a lot of thinking and I tried to portray that in the expression……    – RH.
