Saluki

Saluki … Years ago, at a dog show near Atlanta, I watched the Saluki classes, thinking how graceful the breed is. I had portrayed my share of other Sight Hounds, but had never really studied the Saluki. My interest in the breed and the people who love these graceful dogs didn’t stop at that show. I hurried back to the studio with all kinds of notes and could hardly wait to produce this figurine.
