Every year, we look forward to the Holidays and the special magic of this time of year. I don't know about you, but at our studio we can almost feel the nip of frost in the air. Flocks of wild geese are starting to circle in the sky and it's getting dark outside earlier now.

This season, we have some new pieces just made for collectors of Hevener figurines. Small things like this bring a lot of comfort to people going through rough times, and we are here for you. Hevener figurines remind us of love and good memories of our favorite pets as we curl up with our favorite books on cold winter nights.

The film, which features one of our own stallions from the Selket Arabian herd, is available to you on high definition DVD. The music, featuring the song animal lovers are talking about, is ready for you on CD. And if you want to think bigger, why not invest in the full-scale movie of Fate of the Stallion.

For those interested in extremely exotic and award-winning horses, there are the beautiful Arabians from our farm in Michigan. Tracing back 50 years, the Selket Arabians have been specially bred and, today, they are almost all related to our great World Champion stallion, Furno Khamal. Selket Louchiano, the horse who stars in the new documentary film, is his grandson! There are beautiful Arabian horses for sale from our farm in Michigan, featuring a fully trained show horse, a yearling pinto filly, and a handsome yearling colt.

A note like this wouldn't be complete without mentioning our Collies. As many of you know, our Collies (Lochranza Kennels) goes all the way back to the early 1940s, specializing in the kind of Collies we all love and remember. As I write this, we are expecting two very special litters with lots of champions in their pedigrees. As always, we take reservations for our puppies before they are born, so we can know that good homes are waiting for them.

This year brought about many good things for animal lovers. Maybe one of the best things is to know how lucky we are when we have animals to love, and for their love in return. We found this to be so very true when our Dad was hurt and we reached out to you for thoughts of healing. Dogs, Cats, Horses, Birds and all the people who love them sent their wishes from around the world. Today, Dad is talking, smiling and on the mend.
